Who we are
TruNorth™ is a child welfare workforce support app developed by True North Training™. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We also store basic account information such as when your account was created and when you last signed in. We do not collect your name, location, or any personally identifying information beyond your email address.
Sage conversations
Conversations with Sage are not stored by TruNorth™. Messages are processed in real time and are gone when you close or refresh the app. You can also clear your conversation at any time using the clear conversation button within the Sage interface.
Your messages are transmitted to Google Gemini, the AI model powering Sage, via the Lovable AI Gateway. Google does not use these messages to train its models. For more information, you can review Google’s Gemini API privacy terms at ai.google.dev.
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. We do not collect case information, client data, or any content from your work.
Data storage
Your account data is stored securely through Supabase and hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Data retention
Your account data is retained until your account is deleted. Sage conversations are never stored.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
